Spray onto stain, use a clean( white preferably) rag to soak up stain, press firmly to absorb. I usually stand on it if it is the carpet i am cleaning.
White rag is best as you can see the stain transfer to the rag better.
Ingredients: distilled water, washing soda crystals, white vinegar, cocoglucoside, polysorbate 20, rosemary & lavender essential oils.
