SUN CARE
The sun is a very controversial topic. It provides the body with vitamin D and has lots of other benefits, so I don't believe in slaping on sunblock every time you go outdoors. There are a lot of bad chemicals in some of the sunscreens you can buy today that can cause other reactions when out in the sun. To give an example, it’s like putting plastic in a microwave, all the toxins in the plastic go into your food, and it’s the same with sunscreen when you go out in the sun.
